Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Order and Tracking Information

I haven’t received my confirmation email

My tracking number isn’t working

●      Tracking numbers become active once your order has been collected by the courier.

●      Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

●      If your tracking is still not working after this period, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Important Shipping Note

For a safe and reliable delivery, we strongly discourage using temporary or short-term addresses such as hotels, hostels, or Airbnb properties. Deliveries to these locations are often delayed, misplaced, or returned due to restricted access.

If you choose to ship to a temporary address, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. All orders must be placed using a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged parcels caused during transit.

International Shipping

International Shipping (DHL Express)

• We ship all international orders via DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.
• Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Western Europe: 1–4 business days
• Eastern Europe: 2–5 business days
• Other international destinations: 2–11 business days, depending on location
• Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched.
• All international orders include full tracking, which will be emailed once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees determined by your local customs authority - these are non refundable.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs fees vary by country and cannot be estimated in advance.
• We ensure all shipments include the required customs documentation to help avoid delays.
• Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees may not be eligible for a refund.
