My tracking number isn’t working
● Tracking numbers become active once your order has been collected by the courier.
● Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
● If your tracking is still not working after this period, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
For a safe and reliable delivery, we strongly discourage using temporary or short-term addresses such as hotels, hostels, or Airbnb properties. Deliveries to these locations are often delayed, misplaced, or returned due to restricted access.
If you choose to ship to a temporary address, we cannot guarantee successful delivery and are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. All orders must be placed using a valid residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
