Returns Policy

We want you to love your order from Loom Collective. If you’re not completely happy, you can return your items easily by following the steps below.
RETURNS PROCESS
1) Download, print, and complete the appropriate returns form for your region (UK).
Please ensure this form is filled out and included in your parcel. Without it, we will be unable to locate your order, and you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
2) Repackage your items securely—either using the original parcel or, if damaged, a new weatherproof one—and include the completed returns form.
3) Print your shipping label and send your parcel back to us within 14 days. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of return.
Please note: return labels are not pre-paid.
4) Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 14 days for processing.

Free Returns on Your First Order
We want you to love what you order! If it’s your first order with us and it doesn’t fit or you change your mind, you can return it for free within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return:
Contact our support team at contact@loomarchives.com to request your free return label.
Pack the items securely in the original packaging with your returns form.
Attach shipping label provided by our team and drop off at your local drop off point.
Please Note:
Free returns only apply to your first order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
After the first order, standard return policy will apply.
● We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods or festive holidays).
● Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original swing tags and packaging intact.
● Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tag removal may not be eligible for a refund.
● Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen or damaged parcels caused during transit.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:
● Gift Cards
● Underwear
This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at Contact@loomarchieves.com.
● Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund has been approved or rejected.
● Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
● Please allow 5–10 working days for your return to be processed once received.
● While we don’t offer direct exchanges, we’re happy to process a return and refund once received. You can then place a new order for your preferred size.
